Bus Load of Mississippi Christians
Called Jay before I went to prayer meeting tonight around 6:15 MS time (Thursday morning Thai). He was headed to breakfast then loading the bus to Thoen. It sure was good to hear his voice! He says things are going really well. Not sure when they will reach Thoen, but they were advised to take dramamine if they got motion sickness easily. Seems the bus will travel a road that winds up, down and around mountains! Anyway...hopefully they will still have cell service when they get there. Keep sending up those prayers that souls will be won and our team will be safe.

Chaing Mai
Jay called this morning at 10:00am MS time (10:00pm Thailand time) from the hotel. Everything is still going smoothly -with a few "food" exceptions! ha But he assured me that no one was hungry...just contemplating the next meal!:-} They were getting ready for some much needed sleep and will leave out in the morning for a 3 hour bus trip to Thoen. They will spend the next week doing the Lord's work there.
I am truly overwhelmed at the amount of people who have asked me about the team! This means more than you know!! God is soooooo good and is in complete control!! Also, please know how very thankful we are for thoes of you coming to church each night to pray. First Baptist Mathiston is just one of many churches doing this EVERY night until they return home. There are no words to express my appreciation!
I hope to hear from Jay sometime late tonight when they reach Thoen. I will post another update asap.

On The Way to Chaing Mi, Thailand
Got a call from Jay about 30 minutes ago. They were boarding the plane to Chaing Mi, Thailand. He is going to call me when they arrive. Everything is going really well so far, Praise the Lord!
